We don't like legalese and we won't put the ordinary "terms and conditions" here.

Just follow our simple rules:

  1. This FREE Hosting is for everybody who want to test, study, experiment Joomla! and its componets, templates and modules.
  2. Our main aim is to allow beginners (but not only) to test Joomla! and its possibilities without having to set up a "local" Linux, Apache, MySql and php (Aka LAMP). We hope to give something back to the Joomla! international Community and to help Joomla! userbase grow.
  3. You will have 100 MB of free Web Space for your "Test Projects". What do we consider "Test Projects"?
    -a Joomla installation for evaluation, study and testing purposese only.
    -a Joomla installation to set up a prototype site, to use as a test environment, before going into production.
    -a Joomla installation to set up a demo site to show to a client for your job (or to get one).
  4. What is NOT to be considered a "Test Project"?
    -a Joomla installation to build a continued and complete online presence (even if non-profit), to build personal Web Sites, to take part in Web Contests, for Commercial sites or (worse) Spam, Phishing, Fake or scam sites.
    -a Joomla installation used to sell or rent goods or services, or to make a direct profit in any other way. Banner ads are NOT allowed (exept for Joomla! standard ones, Open Source Matters or other Open Source FREE resources).
  5. If, after your test or study phase, you don't need this space anymore, please contact us to delete it, thus allowing other people to use our services and server space. Just write to info [at] joomlatests.com to ask for deletion.
  6. We recommend putting in your "robots.txt" files ths two lines only:

    User-Agent: *
    Disallow: /

    ...Search Engines Spiders won't collect any "rubbish" or "dirty" text from your sites. Please help us keep the web a clean place!
  7. Don'use any potentially dangerous script on your site.
  8. Be fair to us and to everyone else. Respect this FREE place. Keep it clean and tidy. Help other people who might be looking for help in our Forums. Spread the word around the Net.
  9. We are not responsible for any interruption of service, loss of data, or any collateral damage (direct or indirect) that might arise using our service. Our service night be terminated at any time, without prior announcement. We recommend keeping a local backup of your most critical files in case something goes wrong...
